Housing data released by MIBOR from the BLC® Listing Service today shows (year-over-year):

• Pending Sales: increased 15.6 percent in October, 6.9 percent for the quarter


• Closed Sales: increased 10.5 percent in October, 4.8 percent for the quarter


• Median Sales Price: up 7.2 percent in October to $164,000


• Average Sales Price: up 7.6 percent in October to $201,180


• New Listings: increased 1.0 percent in October, and 1.3 percent for the quarter


• Months of Inventory dropped to 3.0
